Recently I asked a friend, "Why do people write blogs? Why do they think that other people would be interested in their day to day lives?" I started reading some violinist blogs and I was hooked. I love to read about daily happenings and thoughts in violinist's lives. I hope that other people will like to read my blog. :-)

There are so many aspects of my love of music: playing by myself or with otjers, just for fun or for performance; listening to music, which I do almost every waking minute; listening to recordings; attending performances, when I can afford them; reading about music, musicians, and composers; teaching violin; and I'll probably think of more later.
